The European Youth Parliament was organized in Albania for the 2nd year. This year, Tirana Bank was the main sponsor of this organization, in support of young people from all high schools in Albania who were part of the 2018 Tirana conference, held on February 16-17. 90 participants attended this event, 30 of whom were trainers, organizers, photographers, and the international jury. This event was organized by young people, for young people! Specialists from various fields were invited to help the debate and give information for the conference’s topics.
EYP, the European Youth Parliament is a non-profit organization, set up as a platform in 40 countries, whom main goal is the approach to the European Union, but above all promoting citizenship, understanding, equality and cooperation through political debate.
Topics varies according to the current main polemics in the European Union. Such topics are: Security and Defense, Economy, State Development, Human Rights, International Relations, Internal Relations, and more.
