Tirana Bank believes in quality and banking tradition. It is aware of the role played by a well-trained staff which is in accordance with the bank's level of performance. At the end of 2013 Tirana Bank's staff numbered 464 employees.
89.20% of its staff are university graduates and 43.75% are aged 25 to 35 years old. Tirana Bank encourages and rewards its employees who demonstrate commitment to their work. Under certain objectives, the staff is motivated to achieve their goals, which in turn helps their individual progress and further advancement of the Bank.
Moreover, since the conditions vary so frequent in the banking sector, Tirana Bank considers staff training as an important component in achieving its goals. Thus, during 2013, Tirana Bank staff participated in various training programs organized by Tirana Bank with a total of 17,000 hours of training in Albania and abroad, as well as through electronic training platform, implemented for the first time in Tirana Bank in 2013. Participation in these programs, exchange of information and experience has increased the quality of work of staff, as well as improved their knowledge and working skills.
