Duration: up to 20 years

The specific mortgage coverage ratios (LTV) are defined as follows, based on security type:

• 143% when security is residential property
• 165% when security is non-residential property

• Extract of National Registration Centre for Businesses (NIPT);
• Tax Office verification of dues;
