Student Loan
Tirana Bank offers financial support for students, for graduates and postgraduate programs in Albania or abroad to cover the tuition fees, for private or public universities. Student Loan is offered either unsecured or secured with property.
Along with the financing of tuition fees a supplementary amount for other initial student needs (e.g. rent, expenses for furniture) will be offered. This supplementary amount is estimated to be approximately up to 20% of the amount required for the tuition fees.

1.Unsecured Student Loan
Currency: ALL, EUR
Amount:
- Min: 40.000 ALL / 400 EUR
- Max: 1,000,000 ALL / 10,000 EUR
Duration: up to 7 years
Financed limit: 100% of the invoice released by the University
Interest Rates:
- LEK: T Bills 12M + 5.5%, Min 6 %
- EUR: EURIBOR 12M + 6.5%, Min 6.5%
Payment method: Principal and interest are paid in equal monthly installments
2.Secured Student Loan
Currency: ALL, EUR
Amount:
- Min: 4,000 EUR / 400,000 ALL
- Max: 50,000 EUR / 5,000,000 ALL
Duration: up to 15 years
Mortgage coverage (LTV) is calculated as follows:
- 143% of the loan amount when security is residential property;
- 165% of the loan amount when security is non-residential property (shops/offices/units);
Interest Rates:
- LEK: Bono Thesari 12M + 3%, Min 5 %
- EUR: Euribor 12M + 5%, Min 5.5%
Payment method: Principal and interest are paid in equal monthly instalments
Collateral: First-rank mortgage on the funded property or other property that meets the Bank's requirements
