Currency: EUR/ALL

 Amount:

• Min: 5,000 EUR / 625,000 ALL
• Max: 500,000 EUR / 62,500,000 ALL
• Duration: up to 20 years
• Mortgage coverage (LTV):
  • 143% of the loan amount when security is residential property;
  • 165% of the loan amount when the security is non-residential property (office/store/business unit);

Payment method: Principal and interest are paid in equal monthly instalments

Collateral: First-rank mortgage on the funded property or other property that meets the Bank's requirements

2. Real Estate Improvement Loan

Lending Terms and Conditions:

Currency: EUR/ALL

Amount:

•  Min:  8,000 EUR / 1,000, 000 LEK;
• Max: 20,000 EUR / 2,500,000 LEK without Work Certification;
•  Max: 150,000 EUR / 18,750,000 LEK with Work Certification;

Duration:

• Up to 10 without work certification;
• Up to 15 with work certification;
• Mortgage coverage:
  • 143% of the loan amount when security is residential property;
  • 165% of the loan amount when the security is non-residential property (office/store/business unit);

 

Payment method: Principal and interest are paid in equal monthly instalments

Collateral: First-rank mortgage on the funded property or other property that meets the Bank's requirements
