Tirana Bank offers financial support for all Albanian Citizens who live and work abroad (emigrants) and want to be financed for:Purchase a residential property, Construct a residential property

Lending Terms and Conditions:

 Currency: EUR/ LEK

 Amount:

•  Min: 5,000 EUR / 500, 000 LEK;
•  Max: 300,000 EUR / 30,000,000 LEK  
•  Tenor: up to 30 years;

Financed limit: 70% of the residential property;  

Coverage (LTV):

• Coverage 143% of the residential property for financing up to 10,000,000 All/100,000 EUR
• Coverage 165% of the non - residential property for financing up to 10,000,000 All/100,000 EUR
• Coverage 200% of the property for financing above 10,000,000 All/100,000 EUR   

Payment method: Principal and interest are paid in equal monthly instalments

Collateral: First-rank mortgage on the funded property or other property that meets the Bank's requirements

 

2.Home improvement for Emigrants

Lending Terms and Conditions:

Currency: EUR/ LEK

Amount:

•  Min:    8,000 EUR / 1,000, 000 LEK;
•  Max: 20,000 EUR / 2,000,000 LEK without work certification;
•  Max: 200,000 EUR / 20,000,000 LEK with work certification;

Tenor:

• Up to 15 years without work certification;
• Up to  20 years  with work certification;

Financed limit:

• Up to 85% of the property value for loans in LEK
• Up to 75% of the property value for loans in EUR

 

 Payment method: Principal and interest are paid in equal monthly instalments

 Collateral: First-rank mortgage on the funded property or other property that meets the   Bank's requirements
